Personal data and confidentiality
You will use an online service to facilitate reflection and collective action around topics that are important to you to work on or that your team wants to work on.
This service takes the form of a meeting software to which you will be able to register and connect to exchange on a regular basis with your colleagues and your teams.
To work properly and allow you to have the best possible user experience, this service processes and stores personal data concerning you or your workgroup. This data can be classified into three categories:
- Identification and profile data
- Meeting data exchanged in real time
- Meeting history data
All users are informed of this personal data management policy when creating their account. Under the Data Protection Act, they can exercise their right to access or modify this data from the service provider by email to support@viti-coaching.com
By using SquareMeeting and PeerCoaching, you acknowledge having read and accepted this personal data management policy.
1. Identification and profile data
(ex: email, last name, first name, photograph, hobbies), are stored until the deletion of your account on the application.
They are intended to allow you to connect (e-mail), and to allow you to create a link with your user community more easily (last name, first name, photograph, hobbies).
Important note: beyond the last name, first name and e-mail address which are necessary to attach you to a team and to a user account, you are free to choose the information you wish to enter or not in the solution ( ex: photography and leisure).
2. Meeting data exchanged in real time
(ex: collective note taking, speaking, time spent on a particular stage of the meeting, …) are processed to allow you to be as efficient as possible during the meeting. Having no interest beyond the meeting, this data is not kept.
Important note: for the purpose of diagnosing and improving the services offered by ViTi, anonymized usage data could be kept (ex number and frequency of use of the chat module, number and frequency of speech passages, .. .). This retention is not automatic, it is triggered on a case-by-case basis when we need to develop a new module or ensure the maintenance of a module. For this reason and because of the use of an anonymization protocol, we will be unable to say if diagnostic data concerning you have been recorded, or to return this data if it existed.
3. Historical meeting data
(Participants, date and time of the meeting, name of the facilitator, subject of the group and action plan chosen) should allow you to follow the evolution of your thinking from one meeting to another. These data are therefore kept for your subsequent consultation. You are free to enter any information that seems relevant to you.
Connexion
Connect from a browser, wherever you are. The solution does not require any installation. Accessible even with a weak network.
Security
One account per user accessible by password. Totally secure site and servers hosted in France.
